We take particular care and attention to making sure that your product is very well packaged so that it arrives in pristine condition without damage.  The Royal Mail sorting office is very local to me and post is taken there every evening to ensure that your items arrive quickly.  Tracked post is sent so that you can track your order right from dispatch to delivery.

The majority of our internal packaging has been recycled keeping the costs down for our customers.  In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged photographic evidence is needed and we will always offer in the first instance a replacement.  Personalised items cannot be refunded unless a mistake is made by ourselves so please ensure that you enter the wording required correctly and if you have any queries please contact me.
