We have a 30 day return policy. To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also needed. Contact us at info@personalise365.com in the first instance.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is a problem. In the first instance a replacement will be offered and photographic evidence is required of any damages along with the packaging.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
personalised products and customised orders cannot be returned unless an error as occurred by us or been damaged in transit. In the unlikely event of a product being damaged in transit then photographic evidence is required and a replacement will be offered in the first instance.
